DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): For other destinations, customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

If refused and the shipment is returned, no refund or reshipment will be provided.

Once your order is accepted, we start processing it right away to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means we cannot make any changes to orders after they have been placed. If you need to cancel your order or request any changes, please contact us at cs@lepandabeaute.com with your order number. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request or offer an alternative solution.

Economy Shipping to the USA is temporarily suspended due to customs policy changes.

Yes, a mandatory $25 DDP service fee applies for Express shipments to the USA.

Le Panda Beauté is not liable once the package is delivered to the correct address.

If the delivery service causes damage or loss, contact customer service for assistance in filing a claim.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

No, hygiene products (like masks and single-use care items) are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@lepandabeaute.com. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package.

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find a defect or issue, contact us immediately to resolve it.

Yes, you can initiate an exchange by returning the current item and placing a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
