Shipping Methods and Costs

All parcels are carefully packaged and shipped directly from Korea, allowing us to maintain strict quality control throughout the shipping process. We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs: Standard, Economy, and Express. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and please note that these costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For smooth delivery, Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 days
• Economy Shipping: 5-7 days
• Express Shipping: 3-5 days

Our handling time is approximately 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

For orders shipped via Standard Shipping to the countries listed below, we cover all taxes and duties, meaning no additional payment is required upon delivery:

North America: United States
Asia: Japan, Singapore, Malaysia
Europe (EU Countries): Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are not included in the product or shipping costs for international orders.

All international orders (destinations other than Hong Kong) that are not listed as DDP above are shipped DDU. This means that any import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your destination country are your responsibility. These charges, determined by your local customs authority, are typically due once the shipped goods arrive in the destination country and must be paid to receive your shipment. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any applicable fees.

Our shipping partner will contact you via email to guide you through the payment process.

If a shipment is returned or undelivered due to the customer’s refusal to pay these charges, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or resend the order.

We appreciate your understanding and are actively working to make the international shipping process smoother for all our customers abroad.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) or PO Boxes because of the increased risk of lost or returned packages. Providing these addresses may lead to delivery problems, and we cannot offer compensation for any resulting issues.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once your package has been shipped, we cannot change the products, shipping address, or cancel the order.

Since our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, changes or cancellations are usually not possible after placing your order. However, please contact us as soon as possible with your full order details, and we will do our best to assist you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking ID to access your shipping details and monitor your package's journey. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Missed Deliveries / Lost or Damaged Packages

Please stay attentive to calls or messages from the delivery service, as missed delivery attempts may cause delays or unsuccessful deliveries. If a package cannot be delivered due to missed attempts, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or resend the order.

Le Panda Beauté is not liable for any loss or damage once the package has been delivered to the correct address.

However, if there is clear proof that the delivery service caused the loss or damage, we are happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
