Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Le Panda Beauté! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our return policy below.

Request a Return

We have a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.), and certificates of authenticity must be included with the returned items. Packaging should be unopened and seals intact (if applicable).

Please note: Items that are damaged, missing parts, or deemed unsellable due to customer negligence, misuse, or tampering will not be accepted for return. Additionally, any items that have been resized, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Hygiene products (such as masks and single-use care items). If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, you can initiate an exchange by returning the one you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you desire. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important: Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part (such as sending an incorrect or defective product).
